Select “CONSULTANCY REQUEST” in the main menu. Decide the project type and click on the Consultancy request form.

Enter your question or consultancy request in the relevant text box.
•
You can enter additional comments in the comments box.
•
Activate or deactivate the check box for additional information request.
•
Enter you contact data.
•
Activate or deactivate the checkbox for e-mail copying of your inquiry to your e-mail address.
•
Click on the “SEND INQUIRY” button.
•
An order confirmation will be displayed, indicating that your inquiry has been sent successfully.
Second step (payment by credit card):
•
Shortly after submitting your consultancy request, you will receive an e-mail containing a detailed consultancy offer, a cost estimate and additional information.

You will receive a PayPal® money transaction e-mail detailing the cost of your online consultancy request.
•
If you wish to proceed, please make payment by following the instructions set out in the PayPal® e-mail.

The requested consultancy information will be sent to your e-mail address within 48 hours after successful completion of the payment transaction.
Second step (payment by bank transfer):

Shortly after submitting your consultancy order, you will receive an e-mail containing a detailed consultancy offer, a cost estimate and additional information.

Print the attached order form, sign it, and fax the order to +49 6152 807 952 (this is a legally binding contract).
